Coach Chris O'Hara
It’s never too late to learn how to play lacrosse. Coach O'Hara first picked up a lacrosse stick when he was ten years old, but didn’t start playing organized lacrosse until 8th grade. Others had years of experience over him, but he knew he could narrow the experience gap and render it insignificant by outworking the competition. A product of the Delbarton School in N.J., Coach O'Hara played college lacrosse at Dartmouth College and captained the team in 2001. After graduating he played in Australia for the Glenelg Lacrosse Club. Coach O'Hara has been involved with youth lacrosse for over twenty years. His passion for coaching is fueled by seeing players develop confidence in their game while growing to love the sport.
